Feed Back with Feedback

Providence Consulting has some very exciting news to share! We have partnered with the Lansing charity, Homeless Angels, with our new campaign Feed Back with Feedback!

For each submission of feedback we receive on our support request tickets from 09/01/2018 – 09/01/2019, Providence will donate $5.00 to help provide meals and shelter for those in need in our local community.

Homeless is defined as an individual or family whose primary nighttime residence is a public or private place not meant for human habitation, or is living in a shelter, on the streets, or is exiting an institution where she/he has resided for less than 90 days. Families with children made up 43% of Michigan’s homeless population in 2016. The group with the largest increase were seniors over 55; these numbers climbed from 7,282 in 2014 to 7,919 in 2016. For $19/day, we can help Homeless Angels provide a warm bed, three meals, and a helping hand of services to make a difference in someone’s life. For more information on Homeless Angels, visit https://www.homelessangels.org.

Please join us by providing feedback to help those in need in Lansing!

Along with giving back, the feedback Providence receives allows us to better serve YOU. Let us know how we are doing by clicking an icon on the survey received with every completed support ticket. Feedback allows us to gauge how we are doing with response times, friendliness, and overall experience. Why is this important to us? Simple – you are important to us. We want to make sure you are satisfied with the level of care and expertise you deserve.

Think your business or organization could also benefit from feedback? Ask us today how Providence can help you implement a feedback survey program! Join us and make a difference for your customers and a local charity!

We look forward to sharing with you the impact our joint efforts will have for Homeless Angels. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to serve you AND our community!
